Minae, Before the Tidal Wave

Minae, Sailor Chibi Venus, is easily provoked to tears. She doesn't necessarily bawl for attention, but she is overly sensitive about just about anything, and even a seemingly-harmless comment can start the waterworks. This was just a little doodle of one such moment right before she starts crying. Poor little Minae-chan~
